Mind Body Wellness Classes
Mind Body Wellness Classes are therapist and yoga teacher-guided sessions designed to cultivate mind and body awareness, reduce stress, relieve tension, improve mobility, and promote balance. Held in our Mind Body Wellness studio, a safe and trauma-informed small group environment, these classes offer an intimate and supportive space for all participants.
Offerings include breathing and pranayama-based practices, somatic movement-focused, mobility and stretch, yoga, and Qi Gong-based classes, each tailored to enhance physical and mental well-being. Join us in this nurturing space to explore practices that support balance, relaxation, and self-awareness.
