Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy offers numerous physical and mental health benefits, making it an essential part of routine self-care. Regular massage can help alleviate chronic pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve circulation, promoting faster recovery from injury or strain. It also reduces stress and may improve sleep quality. For those dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma, massage therapy can provide a calming experience, helping to restore balance and emotional well-being.
At Mind Body Wellness & Massage Therapy, we strive to create a safe, trauma-informed environment where every individual can experience the therapeutic benefits of massage tailored to their unique needs.
Your Registered Massage Therapist may offer other modalities such as acupuncture, cupping, ultrasound, IASTM and Kinesio tape (KT Tape) to your treatment for your optimal benefit based on the initial consultation and discussion of your individual needs and goals.
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine is a holistic and personalized approach to health care that focuses on the whole person, considering your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and also focusing on the root causes of illness, rather than just addressing symptoms. Whether you're dealing with chronic conditions, stress, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, or simply looking to optimize your health, our naturopathic doctor will work with you to develop a tailored treatment plan that addresses your unique needs.
By combining treatments such as nutritional counselling, herbal medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, and lifestyle guidance, naturopathy aims to restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
Dr. Charley Dagher is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor dedicated to helping you achieve your fullest potential. With a holistic understanding of the mind, body, and soul, Dr. Dagher supports you on a personalized journey toward optimal well-being. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology & Health Science, along with Psychology, from York University, which provides a strong foundation for his integrative approach to health. Furthering his expertise at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Dagher focuses on treating the root cause of health concerns, empowering you to live a vibrant and fulfilling life.
Osteopathy
Accepting patients for May 1st!
Osteopathy uses gentle, hands-on techniques to assess and treat areas of restriction, imbalance, and tension in the body’s structure. This supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, and function optimally - When the body has no restrictions, it has the inherent ability to heal itself.
This whole-body approach may help with concerns like chronic pain, fatigue, mobility issues, or general wellness support—offering relief without invasive interventions.
Tiffany holds a Masters in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO). Her education at the CAO included extensive education in anatomy, physiology, mechanics and more, and over 1,000 hours of supervised clinical training.
Prior to her education at the CAO, Tiffany completed her Bachelors of Health Sciences in Kinesiology at Ontario Tech University.
Tiffany uses her principles based education to personalize treatments to each patient, while focusing on the root causes of their complaints to assist them in continuing their daily activities with ease. Through treatment, she aims to restore motion capacity, symmetry and fluid dynamics, while promoting the body’s self-healing and self-regulating properties.
