She has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University and is a member of the Canadian Contemporary Acupuncture Association. Her practice centres on releasing myofascial tension, improving joint function and circulation, reducing pain and inflammation, and helping clients reduce stress by calming the nervous system.

Sabrina integrates various modalities and techniques, such as joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial release, electro - acupuncture and dry needling, cupping, IASTM, and ultrasound to promote tissue recovery, relieve pain and improve dysfunction.

She aids in her patients’ recovery and injury prevention by educating them on specific exercises, stretches, and stress management strategies, fostering better lifestyle balance to promote optimal overall wellness.

Beyond her professional life, Sabrina cherishes her role as a wife, mother, and new grandma. In her spare time, she loves connecting with her village of friends and family, spending time with her special needs dog (aka their forever fur baby) and engaging in all forms of self-care.
